Workshops, lasting from several hours to several days, offer the experience of
immersing yourself in a supportive environment to create transformational
breakthroughs and be a catalyst for major change and growth in your life.
Ritual creates a doorway to connect and align with Spirit.
Immersions and intensives provide regular (typically weekly or monthly) gatherings with the same group of people over a period of time, combining the depth of a workshop with the ongoing support of a group.

Monday, January 17 ~ Men: Sex, Relationships, and Mindfulness (as part of the Portland Tantric Meetup)
Conscious connection and intimacy begins within. Through cultivating inner presence, relationship with the self, and becoming mindful of our choices, actions, and experience, we can manifest the kinds of relationships and sexual connection that we yearn for. Instead, many men experience a "constant craving" for sex and relationship that leaves them perpetuating feelings of shame and insecurity, looking to relationships for approval and fulfillment, and feeling disconnected from themselves and their personal power.
In this experiential evening, we'll learn presence-based mindfulness practices to unearth your true essence and cultivate a relationship with yourself. These practices will serve as a foundation to experience wholeness, fulfillment, and connection, with or without a relationship. Drawing from his own personal experience, David will present a path of transformation that truly works.
